The HKMA AI Empowerment Centre was established in June 2026 within the HKMA Global Centre for Innovation Management to meet the rising demand for AI literacy. The Centre aims to serve as a focal point for capacity building across the economy, from board members and senior executives to management professionals and the wider workforce. A series of education and training programmes, experience-sharing activities and networking events will be organized to grow Hong Kong’s pool of AI talent and help businesses of all sizes embark on and accelerate their AI journeys.
